This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A1, A2 & A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.490 of 2010 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

At the hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh submits that the investigation is completed and final report is filed and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition.
