When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that as per his instructions, the petitioners paid the loan amount due to the bank and in that view, there is no need of passing any order in this writ petition and thus prayed to close the writ petition. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
