The petitioners filed I.A.No.1 of 2019 praying this Court to close Criminal Petition No.1106 of 2015 as no further orders are necessary in the said case.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime Nos.247 and 248 of 2014 on the file of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of I.A.No.1 of 2019, the application is ordered.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
