ORDER

Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, wherein it is stated that in view of Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties, no further action was taken by the 2nd respondent-police on the complaint of the petitioner and as and when the petitioner approaches the 2nd respondent, necessary action will be taken by him.

In view of the aforesaid averments, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
