HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 15854 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 22.04.2015 passed by the second respondent suspending the dealership of the petitioner pending further

enquiry. The allegations levelled against the petitioner relate to running of fair price shop by the father of the petitioner, petitioner not residing in the village and that the petitioner resorting to clandestine business by diverting the essential commodities to black marketing. The allegations are serious in nature and there is no convincing explanation for the allegation that the petitioner is not residing in the village. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to admit the Writ Petition. However, since the enquiry initiated against the petitioner is pending, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and following the principles of natural justice.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
