This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering and investigating the complaint made by the petitioner on 13.06.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.106/2018 is registered on 07.08.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
