HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 174 OF 2012 ORDER:

Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition was implemented and the petitioner was reinstated into service in the light of the Award passed in I.D.No. 59 of 1991 on the file of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam. He further states that challenging the said award, the respondentCorporation filed Writ Petition, wherein the ward was set aside. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
