THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27946 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri V.Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel, that despite submitting a representation to the 1st respondent/State Government, on 08.05.2018, received on 21.05.2018, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 1st respondent/State Government, the same will be verified and appropriation action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any merits on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent/State Government to verify the representation of the petitioner herein, dated 08.05.2018, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
