THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 10318 OF 2021 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail by the petitioner/A6 in Crime No.387 of 2021 on the file of Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam district, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) and Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The learned counsel for petitioner/A6 submits that the other Accused in the crime were enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 2.12.2021 in Criminal Petition No.8694 of 2021 and prays for extending the same view and prayed for grant of bail. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the petition, but did not raise any specific objection. 4.

Considering the fact that this Court enlarged A1 to A5 on bail and also the allegations against the petitioner/A6, I am of the opinion that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail deserves for consideration.

The Criminal Petition is therefore, allowed. Petitioner/Accused No.6 shall be enlarged on bail in connection with Crime No.387 of 2021 on the file of Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam district on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class

at Khammam. The Petitioner/A6 is further directed to appear before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till completion of trial.
