THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.30762 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Venkateswara Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner prays for direction to dispose of representation dated 13-06-2016 filed by him before respondents 2 and 3 for appropriate orders relating to land admeasuring Ac .6-25 cents in Sy.No.9/ 1 at Pothavaram Village, H/ o.Kambhalapadu, Podili Mandal, Prakasam District.

Through representation dated 13-06-2016, petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ......... I request you Sri kindly delete my land admeasuring Ac .6-25 cents in S.No.9/ 1, situated at Pothavaram Village, H/ o.Kambhalapadu Revenue Village, Podili Mandal from the prohibitory list, for which action I shall grateful forever." The Assistant Government Pleader submits that instead of Tahsildar, the representation can be directed to be disposed of by 2nd respondent, after calling for the report from 3rd respondent.

His statement is placed on record.

I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by directing 3rd respondent to forward a report on the representation of petitioner, dated 13-06-2016, to 2nd respondent

within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2nd respondent is directed to consider the report of 3rd respondent and if circumstances necessitate issue notice to petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of report from 3rd respondent.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
