Sri N. Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) informing that the matter has been settled out of Court, and requested permission for withdrawal of the appeal.

Considering the same and since the matter has been settled out of Court, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Hence, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
