THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.88 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not mutating the name of the petitioner in pattadar column in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.72/ 5, situated at Burkacherla Village, Mothey Mandal, Suryapet District, pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 25.01.2016 as illegal and arbitrary" .

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the application made by the petitioner through on-line seeking mutation of her name in respect of the above mentioned land, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. 4.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the application made by the petitioner through on-line seeking mutation of her name in respect of the above mentioned land as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

CPK,J WP_88_2017 of a copy of the order, and pass orders in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons if any. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
