ORDER:

The petitioner, who claims to be the founder family member of respondent No.4 temple, filed this writ petition feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of the judgment, dated 05.07.2012, in W.A.No.676 of 2012, whereby the Division Bench has permitted the Endowments department officials to erect two Dwaja Sthambas in the premises of respondent No.4 temple.

At the hearing, Mrs.K.Lalitha, learned standing counsel for Endowments (TS) appearing for respondent No.4 temple, on instructions, submitted that the said respondent will erect two Dwaja Sthambams as permitted by the Division Bench in the abovementioned W.A. within a period of three months and inform the same to the petitioner.

The above submissions of the learned standing counsel are placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50841 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________
