Kum.G.Pushpavathamma, v. The Chief Executive Officer,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION NO.23682 of 2004 ORDER : (per The Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition is directed against the order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.3465 of 2004, in which order, the Tribunal relied upon its earlier view expressed in O.A.No.4215 of 2004 and 4233 of 2004.
However, questioning the correctness of the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.Nos.4215 of 2004 and 4233 of 2004, two writ petitions namely, W.P.No.22493 and 23035 of 2004, have been preferred to this court and both the said Writ Petitions have been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 09.12.2013 holding that they have not found any illegality in the orders passed by the Tribunal.
In view of this, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. According permission as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
