HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27928 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 7.2.2018, submitted by the petitioner along with Form 6-A for mutation of land admeasuring Ac.7.13 gts, situated at Sy.No.424 of Bujunoor Village, Illanthukunta Mandal, Karimnagar District as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.7.13 gts, situated at Sy.No.424 of Bujunoor Village, Illanthukunta Mandal, Karimnagar District. It is further stated that the husband of the petitioner was died on 20.11.2010 and thereafter, the petitioner submitted an application to the 2nd respondent on 7.2.2018 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records, but the 2nd respondent did not take any steps so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

A perusal of the application dated 7.2.2018, submitted by the petitioner would show that she is claiming land admeasuring Ac.7.13 gts, and whereas 1-B Namuna (ROR) issued by the 2nd respondent indicates that the husband of the petitioner was holding land the extent of 3.3800 only.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a discrepancy in mentioning the extent in the application submitted by the petitioner and also in Form-I.B.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application, by mentioning the correct extent, in Form-6A, by enclosing all the necessary documents, in which event, the 2nd respondent, shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law,

as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from today, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
