THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27997 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu and Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Standing Counsel that this Court, in similar situation, allowed W.P.No.28388 of 2018 on 20.08.2018. A copy of the same is placed on record.

Following the above said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also allowed, setting aside the impugned letter bearing No.SWO/1071/2018/0006, dated 26.06.2018, and the petitioners herein are at liberty to submit explanation to the show cause notice, bearing No. SWO/1071/2018/0006, dated 26.06.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such explanation is submitted by the petitioners herein, within the time stipulated, respondents are directed to take appropriate further action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law. Till the said exercise

attains finality, no coercive action shall be taken. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
