Heard Mr.P.Rajesh Babu for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) The contempt case is filed to issue notices to the respondent as to why he shall not be punished under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for violation of the orders of this Court dated 14.06.2018 in W.P. No.17365 of 2018 and punish the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act. The counsel for petitioner after arguing the contempt case for some time and in view of the disposal of appeal, requests the Court to close the contempt case.

The statement is placed on record and the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
