The present Criminal petitions are liled by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings pursuant to F.I.R.No.853 of 2O15 on the hle of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad including arrest and appearance of the petitioners pending disposal of the main petitions. 2.
Heard Mr. Srinivas Bodduluri, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for the respondent State and Mr. T. pranav, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

l,earned Assistant Public Prosecutor by filing the written instructions vide letter dated 31.O7 .2023 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills police Station, Hyderabad submitted that the investigation in all the three Criminal Petitions is completed and .charge sheet is filed on 3l.OZ .2023 before the Court of learned tII Assistant Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and the C.C. number is awaited. Therefore, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the subject
matter in these Criminal Petitions has become infructuous and seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petitions.
