HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.27937 of 2018 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) It is stated by Ms. K.N.D. Swapna Madhuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the applications of the petitioners were received and they were permitted to participate in the counseling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioners have already got admission to MBBS Course, the same may be confirmed. If they have not got seats in MBBS, they may be permitted to appear for BDS counseling. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
