THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.14249 of 2016 ORDER :
The petitioner's grievance is that 4th respondent had filed a Revision in R.C.No.D2/2341/2013 before 2nd respondent impleading the petitioner challenging an order dt.18.08.2014 in R.C.No.13/2014 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said Revision.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the Revision petition R.C.No.D2/2341/2013 filed by 4th respondent before him against the order dt.19.08.2014 of the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
