Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition stating that typographical mistakes have occurred in the writ affidavit. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
