HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.690 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against order dated 28.04.2010 in I.A.No.805 of 2010 in O.S.No.764 of 2010 on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. Appellant herein is defendant in O.S.No.764 of 2010 and trial Court while ordering notice to appellant herein directed both parties to maintain status quo, and that order was granted only till 23.06.2010.

3. Advocate for respondents submitted that the suit in O.S.No.764 of 2010 was dismissed for default and an application was filed for restoration of the suit, but the status quo order was not extended after 23.06.2010, therefore, nothing survives in this appeal.

4. In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'Specially identified cases', neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation is made on behalf of appellant.

Considering these aspects, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
