ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have placed the garbage bins at a place adjoining the petitioner's house at Road No.86, Plot No.443/A6, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and not been considering the petitioner's representation for shifting the same from the existing place.

On 11.02.2016, Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, requested for a day's adjournment for instructions. Today, at the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the garbage bins have been moved away from the existing place today morning in the early hours, that the petitioner will not face any inconvenience and

that therefore, the grievance with which the petitioner has filed this writ petition ceased to exist.

Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for closing the writ petition by placing on record the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel.

In the light of the above facts and the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel which are placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.MP.No.17763 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
