Loyola Academy Society v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28010 of 2018 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentpolice are not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03-08-2018.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that they have received one more complaint dated 19-08-2018 from the petitioner on 19-08-2018 and basing on the same, a case in Cr.NO.390 of 2018 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 IPC. It is stated that contents of earlier complaint dated 03-08-2018 and 19-08-2018 are one and the same. The same is disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. It is to be seen that as on today the petitioner was not informed of the same.
In view of the same, it is open for the respondent-police to take appropriate action on the complaints lodged by the petitioner in terms of Apex Court judgment in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1, if not already followed and inform the same to the petitioner.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 25-07-2018 Nvl 1 (2014)2SCC1
