This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not considering the representation dated 02.07.2018 and legal notice dated 25.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner in relation to appointment of 3rd respondent as LPG dealer for the location at Narsapur, Medak District. The grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted representation to the 1st respondent on 02.07.2018 as per clause-13 of the Guidelines for Selection of Regular LPG Distributors, but the same is not being disposed of till date. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
