HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.816 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant died about four years back.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Konijerla Police Station, dated 25.11.2019, along with the certificate dated 24.11.2019 issued by the Gram Panchayath Singarayapalem, Konijerla Mandal, Khammam District, confirms the death of the appellant about four years back.

3. In view of the above stated submissions, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
