Petitioners, who are A1 and A2 in Cr.No.87 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Jagital Town P.S. Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 r/w 109 IPC and 3 r/w 8 of A.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices and unfair means) Act, 1997, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
