It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that already grievance of the petitioners is pending before the competent authority by way of representation dated 14-06-2018. As no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri P.Harinath Guptha, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the A.P. State Council for Higher Education informed the Registrar of all Universities that there shall be no enhancement of fee for UG and PG courses offered by the universities as well as affiliated colleges for the academic year 2018-2019.

Since it is stated that representation of the petitioners is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to consider all those aspects and pass orders. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
