THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4358 OF 2016

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not acting upon her complaint dated 29.10.2015 in registering a crime. Written instructions dated 18.02.2016 were furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Kukatpally Police Station, Hyderabad, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, FIR No.814 of 2015 was registered on the file of Kukatpally Police Station under Section 379 IPC. A copy of the said FIR is also placed on record.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
