Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not permitting the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities to the ration card holders in respect of Shop No.32 (Old FPS No.27) at D.No.18-3-4, Mallanna Bazar, Huzurnagar Town, Suryapet District, as her fair price shop authorisation is valid up to 31.03.2018.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on the basis of oral instructions, submits that the fair price shop authorisation of the petitioner is not suspended. In view of the above, the petitioner is entitled to continue the supply of essential commodities so long as the fair price shop authorisation is valid.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
