Heard Sri E.Ajay Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Radhakrishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.3.

2. The question involved in this Writ Petition is, whether 'No Objection Certificate' from the Revenue Authorities can be insisted upon by the respondents in order to receive and process the application for building permission being submitted by the petitioner.

3. Both the learned counsel stated that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.41045 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014.

4. For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 31.12.2014, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-GHMC to take an appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a building, in accordance with the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Building Rules and Regulations made there under, without insisting for production of 'No Objection Certificate' from the Revenue Authorities. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
