Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that though liberty was granted by the Tribunal to the petitioner to make a representation to the authorities concerned in relation to his request transfer, no representation was made by the petitioner till date. That being so, as the petitioner failed to make use of the relief granted by the Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
