THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.14088 OF 2014 ORDER:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.1 to 3 were laying 132 K.V. Electric line across the petitioner's school building situated in Survey No.334/2 of Dodagatta Gram Panchayat, Kalyandurg Mandal, Ananthapur District. A status quo order was granted on 29.04.2014 in favour of the petitioner and the said order was extended from time to time.

3. The fourth respondent was subsequently impleaded in the Writ Petition and in the implead application itself, the fourth respondent has stated that the proposed 132 K.V. Electric line does not touch the land of the writ petitioner and that the alignment is different.

4. No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner disputing the statement made by the fourth respondent.

5. Therefore, I am of the opinion that there is no cause of action for the petitioner to file the Writ Petition.

6. The Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order granted on 29.04.2014 shall stand dissolved. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. _____________________________ (M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO, J) 19th November 2015 RRB
