It is stated that despite interim orders passed by this Court, the college could not secure affiliation from the University, due to efflux of time. Therefore, any further adjudication will only be of academic interest. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If there are any legal issues, it is open to the petitioner to agitate them later. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
