Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.184 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
