THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4082 of 2005 ORDER:

Mr. Ravi Kumar holding for Smt. S.A.V. Ratnam, counsel for petitioner, submits that the petitioner died and the legal representatives are not coming forward to take steps.

The writ petition is dismissed as abated. It is made clear that as and when the legal representatives are interested in prosecuting the lis, liberty is granted to file appropriate petitions and seek restoration of the writ petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
