Petitioner's grievance is that he had approached the 3rd respondent by way of representation dt.04.03.2016 to grant permission to hold a 'relay hunger strike' on behalf of poor ryots, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents assures that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.04.03.2016 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
