Heard Sri Banoth Madhusudhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 2.

This petition is filed by the petitioner in an unregistered crime alleging that police of Begumpet Police Station are calling him regularly without there being registering any crime. As such, requested this Court to grant anticipatory bail. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that as on today there is no complaint against the petitioner herein and there is no threat of arrest to him.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as on today no complaint is registered against the petitioner, this Criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
