THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1020 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, to frame the issues in Original Suit No.275 of 2014 expeditiously.

2. Heard.

3. An innocuous prayer has been sought for in this Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to frame the issues in the aforementioned Original Suit on the ground that the petitioner/defendant is a senior citizen.

4. Though the suit is of the year, 2014, considering the age of the petitioner/defendant, learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District is directed to frame the issues in the Original Suit No.275 of 2014 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible subject to part-heard, old and identified cases. Since no adverse order is passed against the 1st respondent, no notice is necessary to her.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
