Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, dated 23.02.2010, nothing further survives in the writ petition. In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
