The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on-line on 30.11.2015 to 3rd respondent for mutating his name in the Revenue Records, and the 3rd respondent is not taking action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application and dispose it of within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.
