THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10747 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not considering the decree obtained by the petitioner in O.S.No.156 of 2008 from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.7.34 guntas in survey No.93/a in Kothur Village, Bhoothpur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District and that the 3rd respondent is negotiating with a person who is a stranger to the property for purchase of the same.

It is not the case of the petitioner that any transaction has transpired between any of the respondents and the private party as of now, and therefore, the petitioner has no cause of action to maintain the Writ Petition.

So, the Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground that it is premature. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
