Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and Sri Ashok Kumar Neeli for respondent No.5. 2.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of his grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation on 13.07.2017 to the respondents 2 and 5 but no action has been taken on the same.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission and without expressing any opinion on merits of the mater, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 5 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 13.07.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity to all the stake holders. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
