HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT S.A. No. 692 of 2016 JUDGMENT:- Sri Chandra Sekhar Ilapakurti, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal by framing appropriate questions of law.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
