THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.5067 AND 5069 OF 2012 COMMON ORDER:

These Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the decree and judgment, dated 26.07.2012 in C.M.A.Nos.12 of 2008 and 13 of 2008 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, confirming the orders dated 21.04.2007 in I.A.No.850 of 2006 and I.A.No.851 of 2006 in O.S.No.93 of 2006 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts shows that the main suit in O.S.No.93 of 2006 itself was disposed of by the Court below on 21.06.2013. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in these revision petitions for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these petitions shall stand closed.
