HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.19486 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri K. Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Endowments for R.1 & R.3 and Smt. K. Lalitha, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the 2nd respondent, basing on the common orders dated 22.06.2015 of the 1st respondent, dismissed the petitioner from service vide order dated 23.06.2015. According to the petitioner, he is a regular employee of the temple and no order of dismissal can be passed without issuing any notice or conducting any enquiry.

3. Under these circumstances, the impugned orders are set aside. The Competent Authority, however, can initiate enquiry against the petitioner after issuing proper notice and pass final orders in accordance with law.
