Station House Officer, S R Nagar PS, Hyderabad ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAIVUS, declaring the action of 3rd respondent in not initiating any action on the complaint of petitioner dated 16-07-20'18 and not investigating into by registering the FlR, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to register FIR basing on the complaint dated 16-7-2018 and investigate into as per law.

lA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the complaint dated 16-7-2018 of petitioner and initiate necessary action for registering FIR and to investigate the same, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not registering a case, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.612 of 2018 dated 16.08.2018 has been registered on the file of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station and investigation is taken up in the matter.

Having regard to the aforestated submission, since a case is registered and the same is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
