THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.09 of 2016 ORDER:

The present transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. to transfer C.C.No.400/2015 from the Court of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri Y.Ramatirtha, learned counsel, appearing for the 1st respondenthusband and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing 2nd respondent - State.

When the matter is called, 1st respondent-husband is present in person and submitted that he has no objection to transfer C.C.No.400/2015 as requested.

In view of the no-objection given by the 1st respondenthusband, Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed and C.C.No.400/2015 is directed to be transferred from the Court of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, to the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadepalliguden, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and the trial court at Tadepalligudem, shall dispose of the C.C.No.400 of 2015, expeditiously.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
