This case is listed under the caption 'for Withdrawal'. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in the array of the parties, the name of the Circle is wrongly shown and a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by showing the correct Circle number. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
