The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition due to lapse of time and that, therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
